Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in a refund. We advise you return your parcel via tracked means as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Faulty Items: While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive safely, however in the event you receive a faulty item you must contact us on the day of your package and we will resolve the issue for you.

While we source high quality affordable pieces, it is still important to care for your items correctly in order to prolong their life.

• Give your jewellery a break, do not wear continuously.
• Avoid water, the shower, sea, swimming pools, etc.
• Do not wear jewellery when exercising.
• Keep your jewellery away from chemicals, fake tan, purfume, moisturisers and lotions, etc.

Not following the above instructions may cause damage to your pieces which is not the fault of Bonrie and you will not be entitled to a replacement.
