Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to return your items. Items must be unworn in their initial packaging in order to receive a full refund. 

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in a refund. We advise you return your parcel via tracked means as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Faulty Items: While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive safely, however in the event you receive a faulty item you must contact us on the day of your package and we will resolve the issue for you.

Due to the delicate nature of our items, faults incurred by use are not the responsibility of Bonrie.
